Includes 2 full days of making memories, roundtrip transportation from Morgantown WV, Uniontown PA & New Stanton PA, 1 night lodging at Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott, and 1 hot breakfast.
-Parking is allowed, at your own risk, free of charge at each of the designated pick-up locations.
-Each person is allowed to bring one piece of luggage to be placed beneath the bus, 1 handbag/small carry-on that can be placed with you or above you, inside the bus. Don't forget your travel pillow & small blanket to allow this to be a comfortable experience for you.
-There will be a few rest stops before arriving at NYC at the driver's discretion. Also, we will be stopping for breakfast 1 hour outside the city & will remain at this stop for approximately 1 hour. It is recommended that you use this time to freshen up & have a quick breakfast. (Breakfast not included).
*Cancellation policy – all money is fully refundable until 45 days prior to departure, unless otherwise noted. After that, you will receive a full refund less any non-refundable charges (i.e. theater tickets, service fees, etc.- which depends on exact cancellation date). NO REFUNDS within the 30 days prior to the trip, unless a substitute is found for your reservation. Written notice of cancellation is required before any monies are refunded. You can always transfer your reservation to another person.
In the event that Sight & Sound cancels their show, you will receive a full refund. In the event of any other more “minor” itinerary changes, a reasonable & comparable substitute will be made at the tour leaders’ discretion.
