Cost/Inclusions: The cost for this 3-day/2-night trip per person is $535/quad, $540/triple, $550/double & $925pp/single and includes your transportation for the trip (via spacious 55-seater, restroom & video equipped Motorcoach), All-Inclusive Land Cruise Package, light snacks & bottled water on the bus, games, prizes & driver tip.
Other Stops: We will make a comfort stop on the way to & from Ohio around the halfway point. The stop location will be at the driver’s discretion. Also, upon our disembarking from our Land Cruise, we will go as a group to Ohio’s largest year-round Christmas shop – “Tis the Season”! There will also be an option to grab lunch at your own expense before returning home, at the “Olde World Bakery & Bistro”.
Deadline: The official registration deadline is Friday, September 8, 2023, however, you MAY still be able to register after that, IF openings are still available – call to inquire before registering, if after this date. Cancellation policy – all money is fully refundable through midnight of the official registration deadline. After that, you will receive a full refund less any non-refundable charges (i.e. theater tickets, service fees, etc.- which depends on exact cancellation date). NO REFUNDS within the 30 days prior to the trip, unless a substitute is found for your reservation. Written notice of cancellation is required before any monies are refunded.
In the event that the venue cancels, you will receive a full refund.
In the event of any other more “minor” itinerary changes, a reasonable & comparable substitute will be made at the tour leaders’ discretion.
