(The bus is priced separately for ease & transparency, but is required to take advantage of group cruise rates, unless otherwise approved by the tour leader)

*The cost of the cruise is payable through the Group Booking Agent & the cost of the bus is payable through the Tour Leader. A total of $250pp is due to the booking agent at the time of booking.  Final cruise payments are due by 10/14/23. The cost of the bus transportation is due within 30 days of booking, or you may contact the Tour Leader to make other prior arrangements, if needed.

Cancellation policy – All refunds on the cruise are subject to Royal Caribbean Cruiseline’s refund policy. Bus Transportation can be canceled up until the trip deadline, if you need to cancel your cruise. Written notice of cancellation is required before any monies are refunded.

In the event of any “minor” itinerary changes, a reasonable & comparable substitute will be made at the tour leaders’ discretion.

All cruise reservations subject to RCC policies & guidelines (found on the Royal Carribean website), including deposits, changes & cancellations. It is the responsibility of the traveler to secure & provide all documentation, passports and other required information prior to cruising. This includes providing requested information to the Tour Leader, Booking Agent or Royal Caribbean, as required. The Bus Transportation cost can be refunded prior to 10/21/23, if you need to cancel your cruise. The Tour Leader reserves the right to adjust the cost of the bus transportation if significant changes in fuel cost increase the bus transportation cost.
